  • Pour Ta has two coffee box subscription options. The monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions target delivery for the 1st of each month. The bi-monthly subscription adds a second delivery for the 15th of each month. Boxes ship approximately 3 days before the 1st and 15th.

  • Upon ordering, you will be billed immediately for the first month of your Pour Ta subscription service. Recurring payments will be charged on the 20th of each month for each subsequent box.

  • Charging extra is for Chipotle. Shipping is always free at Pour Ta so long as you’re shipping within the United States.

  • Pour Ta works with the nation’s best roasters to minimize the time between roasting, repackaging in our Pour Ta pouches and delivery to our customers. Beans are delivered to our Pour Ta packaging facility, ground on site and heat sealed immediately before shipment to ensure freshness.

  • Our Pour Ta coffee experts thoroughly vet each roaster and blend before selection. Great coffee is just the start. At Pour Ta, we ensure that all of our roasters are aligned with our values of social- and eco-conscious, ethical coffee sourcing.   • The perfect cup of coffee balances coffee to water ratio and grind size. Too much contact time (over-extracting) creates a bitter brew, too little contact time (under-extracting) creates a bland and dilute taste. Each Pour Ta coffee pouch creates a perfect 8oz cup of coffee. Each roast is custom ground to deliver an optimal contact time that leaves every Pour Ta cup perfectly extracted.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your Pour Ta account and follow prompts to cancel your subscription or send an e-mail requesting cancellation with your account information to hello@pourtacoffee.com.

    Cancellation requests must be received 2 weeks before the next scheduled delivery to take effect for the current month.

  • Of course! Pour Ta does not distribute whole bean coffee from roasters, but you can visit our Brew Review where you will find links to all of our showcased roasters and detailed information on each featured coffee.
