Blip Roasters (Kansas City, MO) is featuring their ‘Da Lat Arabica’ with citric, cocoa and honey tasting notes.

Bear Coast Coffee (San Clemente, CA) is featuring their ‘Koke Honey’ that tastes like green apple and strawberry jolly rancher.

Brandywine Coffee Roasters (Wilmington, DE) is featuring their ‘Elkin Guzman’ with orange, black tea and hot cocoa notes.

It doesn’t have to be said, but this month’s ‘Bee’s Knees’ box is the bee’s knees.

With a mantra like “Creativity, kindness and coffee,” it is obvious why Brandywine Coffee Roasters are so revered. Not only do they responsibly source and methodically roast their beans, but they also feature each roast with its own screen-printed bag illustrated by local Delaware artist Todd Purse.
This honey-processed Colombian coffee is a light-medium roast that was grown at 1650 MASL.

Started in 2014, Bear Coast Coffee began as a coffee pop-up led by owner Jeff Clinard. More than a decade later, Bear Coast Coffee is a renowned coffee roasting company that cares about every step and person in the process of making coffee.
Grown at 1800 MASL in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, this light roast coffee is surprisingly complex.

Blip Roasters does more than just roast coffee – they are a part of a larger culture of motorcycle enthusiasts, who also love coffee. Starting in 2014 with small scale coffee roasting, Blip Roasters quickly expanded and became the beloved roaster we know with one of the best cafes in Missouri.
“This cup of coffee gets better with every sip” is how this roaster describes this brew. Grown in the Da Lat province of Vietnam at 1400-1600 MASL, this coffee has soft and sweet acidity.
